Get to know Raina

As a Premier Benefit Consultant agent, Raina Melket is here to help you understand all of your health insurance options and to provide excellent ongoing service once she assists you to enroll into the plan of your choice.  Raina offers guidance for individuals with existing Medicare health plans, those new to Medicare as well as those preparing to retire and transition from employer based health coverage to individual coverage.  Phone or video conferencing consultations are available by appointment and free of charge.  Whether you are a Medicare beneficiary, employer, physician, guardian or anyone looking to understand the complexities of Medicare, contact Raina and she will gladly assist you. 

 

Raina was born and raised on the island of Oahu. She attended Punahou School and then went on to study at Oregon State University.   

 

She strongly believes that knowledge is power and the key to making confident decisions in life.  With over 15 years in the insurance industry, she’s humbled to have the opportunity to dedicate her time educating and empowering Hawaii’s Medicare community.

 

When Raina is not working, you’ll likely find her surfing, watching sports and spending time with her family and 3 dogs, Nalu, Hurley and Maia.  Raina has always been an animal lover and spends time volunteering with her 501c3 non-profit organization Fur-Angel Foundation.  Fur-Angel Foundation is based on Oahu, Hawaii and their purpose is to rescue underprivileged, unwanted dogs and to strengthen the human-animal bond in our community by educating the public about animal welfare.
